Are there guides for a Raspiboy/PiGrrl-type project for the Pi 3b?

Maybe I'm expecting too much but it might be nice to find something that can be my TV setup with HDMI out, support Bluetooth controllers, but also work as a portable?
Most of the portable projects I've seen are based on the Pi Zero. I don't mind a larger case to build around a Pi 3.
Is anyone aware of a project like this?
