Where to get and How to install Custom Theme's?

Hey community,
I've seen some YouTube video's of people with cool themes,I know you can download theme's by ES Theme's and you can download a few thats listed there...
Thing is tho the themes the guy was using doesnt exist in the list it is not there ive seen plenty of video's of people with themes that are not listed there i wonder how they did that??
Did they download it somewhere and inplanted it?
Or did they create it them selfs?
Not sure but i did see some awesome ones that are arnt in the list thats unfortunate heh
Guess ill use Retrorama or Showcase untill i figure out how do this dont get me wrong i love those 2 themes but sometimes i want to change it up ..Off topic:
Does attract mode take alot of space just the frontend it self no roms or anything?
And does it slow down game performance?
It seems like it takes more resources then retropie
