Im wondering whats the best scraping method?
Because last time i scraped it through the menu it self and it renamed and completely screwed up my roms like roms would have different game titles and such..
Is there a scraper that does not do this?

I found that Universal Scraper v2 is fast and easy.

It would be a good choice for you to use Octoparse. It is very easy to use. And with little programming knowledge about XPath or Regular Expressions or AJAX, you would find it no more a problem to precisely extract the data you want in the most efficient way.

I also use universal scraper v2, despite how buggy it is in windows. Keeps crashing for whatever reason, and I need to do a clean install each time I restart it. Despite all that, I found it to be best method for me, since I can edit the gamelist.xml before I scrape so once it's all done, it's all ready to work with retropie on my pi. Even then, odds are you might be missing a few games here and there. I just manually scrape those in ES.
