[New Theme] Television (WIP) (Updated 27/8)

Hey guys. I started working on this simple-looking theme at the beginning of the year, but gave up after becoming frustrated with my lack of coding skills. Step up @dmmarti , thanks to him I'm finally getting there with this theme!
Currently supporting 38 systems, but I'm happy to add any more than people use or would want to see.
Just one note: AFAIK the theme doesn't look very good when viewed on a 4:3 screen, I've only been testing this on my 16:9 screen.
Also, I'm very happy to take pull requests !

Looks good. My first instinct is I'd like the TV set to be larger. If you want the aerial in frame... you could cheat and shorten / collapse it by half to get some space back.
There must be some horrid 70s/80s wallpaper you could try on the wall behind too :)
