@retrofreak89 plays fine. you need to use the bd64mapsV2.pk3 with a capitol V not bd64mapsv2.pk3

@retrofreak89 use doom 2 with it. Let me clarify my previous statement, the brutal doom 64 comes with 2 files in it that are named the same except that one says V2 and the other says v2. The V2 one is a bigger file and the correct one.

Working like a charm. I now have Brutal Doom 64 and Doom 64 running. I just thought that Brutal Doom 64 would be more bloody like regular Brutal Doom

@brigane can you tell me which doom 64 you have working? I only found the gp32 bootleg version which isnt the same and i used doom 64 ex to make a wad with the actual n64 rom but that didnt work on the pi. It only worked with doom 64 ex executable.

@edmaul69 hey Ed how come not all level wads are playable?? I just tested this one..

                                          https://www.doomworld.com/idgames/levels/doom2/Ports/d-f/exterror

Extreme terror and Its pretty laggy through out the level especially when you get to the outside part with all the mountains around you little later in the level but why do some level wads lag tho?
Dont they use the same doom textures and assets..
I guess not all are playable on the pi :( weird tho
Because it looks like it uses the same textures as any other doom ah well lol..

I got brutal doom 64 and retribution running Its pretty smooth :)

@retrofreak89 some are like that. When they have things like rain, fog snow, huge bad guys or too many bad guys and all that they get really unplayable and laggy
