Retropie Jamma vs zero delay usb

Hi just wondering if people are running retropie with a jamma setup.. I'm building my first Bartop and am wondering if I go a jamma configuration with a standard dell 20" horizontal.. If so what cards are people using ive seen pi2jamma and arpicade/raspberry jamma
Id love some people's experiences on getting set up with retropie and jamma and any pros cons etc from their personal experience with some of these PCBs or if it is just more straightforward and playability wise not to much different going with a zero delay USB
