Vice going way too fast

Dear all,
I was using Retropie 4.1 with great success, especially with Vice (C64 emulation). However, since using 4.2 and 4.3 I'm facing the same problem: the games are all running way too fast, like 300% or something, impossible to play.
Any idea on what I should do ?

@mattoo_pie turn warp off. Only use it to actually get to when a game actually starts playing.
