Slot machine game - with mouse, for senior to play

I want to setup retro-pi for my senior father to use, he does not get out of the house too much but enjoys casino. Does anyone know if there are slots I can load somewhere, that actually use the mouse? He really can not use a joystick, at his age is practically impossible for him to remember button combinations or play around with a menu system. He knows how to use slot machine with a touch-screen.
