      If this is already in let me know...

      But a system to sync up files and configuration on demand... This being so that you could edit config.txt for example without having to pull the sd card or edit in terminal (I am partial to Notepad++)

          You could enable a root login(without root you can still edit a lot) and use winScp or filezillla to edit and sync any files from your pc. There's also the builtin retropie menu to do this, although it's not nearly as awesome as Notepad++

            Oh yes! winSCP works a treat, I have root access and mirrored everything from the Pi to a local drive. Built in editor, double click a file for instant edits, drag and drop anything, all over wifi. No having to pull the sd card or edit in terminal at all.
