Only one game run in every sd/flash memory

Hi
I hope my question is not an old one. By the way, I am a noob in retro pie and I am wondering if it is possible to put only one game in a forexample 32"MB" sd/flash memeory and load from the pie straightforward?
For example, I put the "Mortal Kombat" sega genesis ROM into the pie and it runs the game like i put the cartridge on sega genesis?
I want to make it somehow like plug and play
is it feasable? -
@kunglao32003 Do you mean you wish to boot straight into Mortal Kombat instead of EmulationStation? In that case, you can use the method described in this post: https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/5287/autostart-nes-rom-at-startup/2
You need to edit
/opt/retropie/configs/all/autostart.shand add at the top/opt/retropie/supplementary/runcommand/runcommand.sh 0 _SYS_ megadrive ~/RetroPie/roms/megadrive/NAME-OF-ROM
