@thedatacereal Indeed, whereby Florence also was ranked as cat 5 at first and got downgraded to cat 2, according to a news broadcast I heard this morning. Alas, they didn't report anything about Asia.

@clyde We had a storm hit us here in Florida last year. I had to stay at our facility overnight during the storm to be able to prep with the linemen for repairs. I've been prepping my Pi for storm duty this year just in case it happens again 😥

@thedatacereal All the best to you. Fortunately, we in Germany don't have storms of such magnitude very often (yet?), but nevertheless we had Nadine with hurricane level winds in some areas, and the occational flood in this year.
Today's news reported five killed by Florence so far, including a mother and her infant. This time, my preferred radio station mentioned Asia too, albeit only as a sidenote. 😕 According to other news, there's at least one dead over there … so far.
