Born for arcade hacks - FBA4S905&RPi 0.2 is released.

I forked fbalpha core of libretro to play many goods hacks from FBA4DROID and GOTVG on Quad core A53 platform such as RPi 3B/3B+ and Amlogic S905 . Now it supports more 90 arcades hacks. If you are bored with normal arcade games, you can try my build with various hacks to gain more fun.
