      Ever since i updated retropie to the latest version 4.5 i can't get my 8bitdo do controllers to pair. Is there some issue im not aware of never had problems pairing till version 4.5

        @mike-melo 4.5 contains fix for a Bluetooth pairing issue caused by a recent Raspbian update. Did you also update your OS/packages during the update or did you do that upgrade manually ?

            @mike-melo The manual update will pull the troublesome update of kernel/firmware, if you upgrade from RetroPie-Setup, it will add a fixed kernel/firmware version.
            Take the advice from https://retropie.org.uk/2019/07/composite-out-broken-on-retropie-4-5/ and run the command given to get a working BT version for kernel/firmware.

                I was sold as soon as I read better DS3 bluetooth support, that's always been a pain.
