I'm sorry for a off-top, but it is possible to play SEGA games with someone remotely on the pads? if yes, can someone advice me a guide how to set up such configuration and soft required, please?

@unnatural RetroArch has a Netplay feature that you can use to play games with another player remotely - https://docs.libretro.com/guides/netplay-faq/. You have to make sure the emulator core supports netplay - the Sega MD/Genesis cores support it (https://docs.libretro.com/library/genesis_plus_gx/ and https://docs.libretro.com/library/picodrive/) and they're both included in RetroPie.

MODERATION NOTE: I've split your question in a separate topic, it's really off-topic and you should have opened a new topic instead.
