Vertical Arcade1up Theme

this is a simply modified version of the existing Vertical Theme. Fixed issues where videos and logos were covering up text as they were either misaligned or too big to fit.
This has been tested only in a arcade1up cabinet but should work with any vertical screen.

As with any custom theme unzip and put folder in configs\all\emulationstation\themes
