change order joysticks gpio and usb

sorry for my english
I have a raspberry pi b + with retropie and 2 gpio joysticks and two USB joysticks.the gpio the two joysticks are always 1 and 2 and the USB 3 and 4 . As I can put the USB in position 1 and 2 ?
Can somebody help me ? Thank you -
@octubrq I made a tool to let the user choose the controller for player 1-4. I tested it with USB and Bluetooth only.
Please, try it and let me know if it works with GPIO too! ;-)
