      Couldn't really find any video splashscreens that suit my style, so I made one. I've never done any video editing before, so it's a pretty simple MGS theme. I know I can do better with some more practice, but I thought I'd share.

            Hit Film 4 Express. It's free and seems like you can do a lot with it.

            I really didn't do much. I grabbed a stock video from https://pixabay.com/videos/ and just ran it twice, added music from MGS, added the Retropie in MGS font, and applied a fade in and fade out.

            It's really more of a test to be honest... but I kind of like how it turned out. I wish I could do the animations, but I don't know if I can put the time in to learn it just for a splashscreen :P

              Another great free tool is DaVinci Resolve.
