      I'm not sure what I did

      But I absolutely did something wrong to my
      RetroArch for my Flycast core

      Every Dreamcast game I attempt to play my controller is not configured ... it disabled my ability to exit games with select and start :(

      It only happens when I play any Dreamcast game (not any other console or system )

      May I ask

      How do I uninstall RetroArch for my Dreamcast

      So I can reinstall it again (only on the Dreamcast RetroArch )

      Hope someone is able to help

        @escc1986 From RetroPie Setup:
        Manage Packages -> Manage Optional Pacakges
        Scroll down to lr-flycast and then select Remove

          @simpleethat

          I actually already tried that

          I uninstalled it and re installed it

          It didn't do anything

          Any other advice

            @escc1986 did you change the default emulator from lr-flycast to reicast? press a button when the gray runcommand box pops up when loading a game and make sure it's using the proper emulator. Other than that I'm not really sure. Somebody else around here certainly knows more than me.

                Please add some info about your system when opening up a support request, as detailed in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first.

                Check your \\retropie\configs\dreamcast folder and rename the retroarch.cfg file present there, then re-install the lr-flycast package. This should reset the RetroArch configuration to default for the dreamcast system.

                    mitu said to rename retroarch.cfg file .. and name it anything you like.

                    personally i would recommend rem-retroarch.cfg ...

                    and then when you re-install the lr-flycast package it will generate a brand new retroarch.cfg file

                    if everything is working after that ... then just delete the rem-retroarch.cfg file

                        did exactly as said ... still not working properly ... enter the game game ... the start and select doesnt function as a exit .... and cant press select and y to access the menu gui for retroarch , like for other games ...

                        not sure what to do from here

                          any way you can send me your retroarch.cfg ? (so i can copy and paste )

                          this is all there is ... but there are a bunch on mappings in the /opt/retropie/configs/dreamcast/mappings folder (image below)

                          # Settings made here will only override settings in the global retroarch.cfg if placed above the #include line

                          input_remapping_directory = "/opt/retropie/configs/dreamcast/"

                          #include "/opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch.cfg"

                              No, you shouldn't - this will break the other systems that are working right now.

                              Please provide the info asked in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first and also a detailed (verbose) log from running a dreamcast game, as mentioned in that topic.

                                      Verbose log (if relevant):

                                      This is not a verbose log, just a normal log file. Make sure you toggle verbose logging in the runcommand launch menu when starting the game.

                                          from the runcommand menu select "L" Launch with verbose logging

                                          then using WINScp or PuTTy ... ssh into RetroPie and then log file is in

                                          /dev/shm/run/runcommand.log

                                          output will look something like this ... (i'm running Guilty Gear Isuka using lr-flycast)
