Warioware Style Retro Medley with user Creation Mode!! Yes!

Hi Everyone!! I had this thought the other day that it would be amazing to do a Medley Maker program that could be used on the RetoPie (or in any software supporting multiple emulators).
Imagine Warioware style gameplay where anyone can create their own game remixes!
You would create a series of save game states for each scene/snippet and then these would be strung one after the other, if the player is successful!
There could be a system to download others' Medleys.
It would be amazing and awesomely fun!
But, I don't have the skills or time to do this. But maybe someone else does?? :D

I forgot to say that each snippet 'should' immediately follow the preceding one without any pause or intermediate section!
