Problems with xBox360 D-Pad

Hi,
my xBox360-Controller works fine in EmulationStation, Kodi and all Emulators. There is just a problem with the D-Pad (in ES and in Kodi). When i jump 1 Step left and i press the left D-Pad-Button not exactly, it jumps up or down or it jumps left/right when i jump up/down. In ES when i select a Emulator and selct a Game it offen jumps to the next Emulator. I've tried starting xboxdrv with the Option "dpad-as-button" in rc.local, but it doesn't work. Now i can't controll anything.
Is there any Way to fix the Problem? I'm running RetroPie 3.3.
