Librertro version of PCSX2 has been released last month.
I believe that it will make us to use shader and overlay with PS2 emulation as well.
Is there any plan to add lrps2 on script module?

No, there is no plan.
The PCSX2 core has been in an alpha state for quite some time (it was called Play- pcsx2 before being named LRPS2). I'm not sure it's on par with the standalone pcsx2 to warrant its inclusion as a separate emulator.
