I and I am sure some other people out there have home foundries or the know how to set them up without much effort.
I would love to cast my own Raspberry Pi heatsinks but don't have the know how to design an optimal heatsink in a 3d modeler and then transfer that to some kind of personal mold. Though if someone designed it in 3d modeling software I could take it to a jewelry making friend of mine and have it made into a reproducible mold. So if there is anyone out there who could draw up a nice fined heatsink to the specs and dimensions of the RPI One for each of the 3 chips we could give the community the ability to cast their own heatsinks.

Out of interest... Why? These things can be head for next to nothing from pretty much everywhere that sells PI stuff.
