Which Theme is this?

Hi folks,
I'm not new to Emulation, but new to RetroPie and have just set up a new RasPi3 box with 4.0.2. Can somebody tell me if this is a particular theme which is used in this video? I have not seen it in any other videos or tutorials ... I love the smooth fade-in effect into the box-art when you launch the game. :)

NBBA. It's nice, but fails on any more than about 10 systems. Nice wallpapers eat up the Pi's RAM fast. Smooth fade-in to box art is achieved by pressing Start to get the the ES menu, going to UI settings, then selecting "slide" instead of "fade." Works on all themes.
