      Hi there,

      I use a great little rocker switch for the ControlBlock. The LED is 3VDC, so it powers directly from the connector with no hassles. They're cheap, too. About $3 to $5USD

      NTE Electronics
      54-551 Red
      54-552 Amber
      54-553 Green
      54-554 Blue

        @LaserGecko Gonna need a picture of that rocker switch my man. I checked the website and they offer no pictures at all, and I'm sure I'm not speaking alone when I say the aesthetics of these switches matter, a lot!

            @Peteyjay Sorry I missed the response! http://www.nteinc.com/switches/pdf/illuminated_rocker.pdf is the NTE Data Sheet for their illuminated switches. It's on page 6 of the PDF (or page number 36 in the page numbers) along with the dimensional drawing.

            I have the blue one and it dims beautifully during boot and shutdown.

              I was using a green LED latching switch.

              I've since switched to a metallic recessed one:
