      i have stripped down an old gamecube arcade stick I had laying around and used a usb joystick encoder I have got everything working but 2 of the button placings on the pcb are the preasure sensitive buttons and I cant get them to work I know with the regular buttons you just solder a point to each side so the rubber makes the contact and completes the circuit but I have no idea about this.
      this is my first attempalt text

          @jayofcastleford those buttons are probably analogue rather than the digital 1 or 0

          The rubber will be less conductive, and the more it is squashed, the lower the resistance. If you have access to a multimeter, try measuring the resistance between the 2 points then vary the levels of pressure and see what happens
