LPT-Switch driver

Has anyone worked on a PPJOY interface called LPT-Switch?
It's a digital interface that works by using polling, where the joystick switches and button are organized in rows and column. The polling scans each row of buttons/switches in sequence. With an LPT port, the interface provided up to 60 switches.
