@vric @SpaceSocks This is written and maintained by a third party and it's not supported by the RetroPie developers here. Might be best going to the github page for this and logging a ticket directly in case they don't check this forum regularly.

@SpaceSocks After checking other posts on GetHub looks like others are having the same problem. Any version of the program ver 2.0.0.0 or greater is not working. I'm sure there working on it.

Sorry, it's just a very small problem with the DB :S

DB Admin is working on it... Come back very soon. :S

Just tested, it's back.

We are sorry, we have to handle the new server and the new database format ^^ so we have some mistake.

Normally all is good right now :p

Me as UXS dev (and moderator/admin on ScreenScraper)
And about 5/10 other moderator/administrator/translator like paradadf, courte, neogeronimo, ....

@SpaceSocks weird. I'm not getting the error anymore but now when i scrape a system it says "hashing" and it goes through all my games on that system but the result says 0/703 roms found.

@SpaceSocks I don't know if this is it, but ScreenScraper temporarily restricted the API to only people with a registered account. So if that is an option and it isn't set, it could explain it.

FYI the site and API don't use SSL/TLS so don't reuse a password you use somewhere else. Which is always good advice.

Seems to still be down - kinda. It's working VERY slowly at the moment. What normally takes 15 minutes, is taking 3 hours.

@KillerQ From what I can gather from translating IRC, they are still working out a few bugs. They are having spikes in CPU usage and hence the restriction to registered users.
