FBA Core not reading individual game overrides all of a sudden

Struggling with this. I had setup my screen position for all games and have all the individual configs saved in the directory. It says it loads the config when it boots, but it doesn't as something else appears to be over-riding it. Anyone know how to resolve this as it's very frustrating. Many thanks.
