[SOLVED] No controller input in Arcade
-
I'm running the latest version of Retropie - 4.3. I just updated. The problem exists in a previous build as well so it's not related to the update. This is a recent problem, as it had been working just fine for months before. I did not change anything that I'm aware of on the build that would cause this issue.
I'm running a Raspberry Pi 3 with Retropie 4.3. My controllers work just fine in Emulation Station and in other emulators like SNES. When I launch a game in Arcade (I use mame2003) the game loads just fine but won't accept any input from any of my controllers, regardless of whether they are wired or Bluetooth. Keyboard inputs work fine though for some reason. I deleted the es_config file thinking that might be the issue. It was not and the problem persists.

I fixed this. I just deleted the retroarch.cfg file located in the arcade folder. Upon reboot and starting up an arcade game it created a new file and was good to go. No clue what caused the issue to begin with, as it had been working fine for months.
