Configure Neogeo Joypad Buttons

Hello sorry for my english, it's very bad. I have a very big problem for to configure my PS3 Joypad ( wireless) I don't understand how to assign the button for credit, start, up down etc.. For the Mame4all, I have pushing the TAB button and in 30 second I have done. For Neogeo, I don't find a way.. anyone can help me?
