ScummVM 1.10.0 (October 2017) for RETROPIE + ITE French Trad
-
Good evening young people :p
So I'm ULTRA proud of me :D
I shit 2 days to understand everything ...- Take the source code of scummVM latest version 1.10
- Find that ITE engine was SAGA
- Search the files and the doc to find how Scumm detects the game version, seen that there ITE in French did not work at all?
- Do what it takes to be accepted and tagged in FR
- Find the text files of the executable and add all the trad FR latest version.
- Modify a few pieces of C ++ code at the tables and switch with the FR so that it rolls ...
- Compile (with @BuZz PI and SDL1 diff patch from Retropie-setup) and test :D
And now, the beautiful version of ScummVM 1.0 of October (not stable) + ITE French included for RETROPIE

So I do not like the original author who finally provided us with a version 1.6 of Scumm patched by his care and only Windows.
For the shot 2 years later, it's the loose ... I do not understand this way of doing ...
I have the 6 .cpp files that I modified aside, I submit them to the official ScummVM Team for official integration into the source for all future versions.
https://github.com/scummvm/scummvm/pull/1045At least I would have taken the head 2 days but it's made for life any version, any OS.
Tu use it on RETROPIE :
- Copy scummvm to /opt/retropie/emulators/scummvm-sdl1/bin
- Copy other files to /opt/retropie/emulators/scummvm-sdl1/share/scummvm

The video i made, and the other media ;)

I write :
+ ITE French Trad
And now this trad is official on the current ScummVM 1.10 build :D
And like the official build my build is MULTILANG !
All the langage are there like on your 1.9.1 -
@darknior Wow bud.... You're all over the map, aren't you?
Careful that you don't spread yourself too thin with too many projects at once. I did that myself back in the day and it literally drove me insane. :)
Contributions to the project are always appreciated, so if you would like to support us with a donation you can do so here.
