Emulation station crashes on kid mode if favorites "on".

I am using retropie 3.8.1 on rp3. When I enable "favorites only "on"" on "kid" mode, emulation station crushes. Is there a solution to this problem? Thanks. @ZIGURANA

Yeah, its a known problem when you select favorites only but there are no favorites in the current system.
I am working on a more graceful fall-back method, but for now, a workaround is to only select fav only when you have actual favorites defined in the metadata.Note that the games should be both 'kidgame = yes' and 'favorite = yes' in order to show up in this particular situation.
If tetris has thought me anything, it's that errors pile up and that accomplishments dissappear.

@Zigurana Do you have any future plans to put a "Deadsimple" mode? What deadsimple mode is that you absolutely will have no settings other than "shutdown system". That would be dreams come true. A machine that you turn it on, play your games and shut it down. No favorites, no anything. Like a close box. Like apple. Simple yet to the point. Thanks.
