    A seller in Italy open an activity for selling product.
    Hi answer that isn't based on RaspberryPi but is based on RetroPie.
    For the license he need to share the source code true?
    If you interested to contact him and solve this issue contact me. I know that isn't good to share link here.

      They need to understand they can't sell the SD image we provide on our site as described on the above link.

        Oh yeah but he tell that system is based on RetroPie but not raspberry based. For that I can suppose that he don't use your image.
        For that, he modify the RetroPie setup for work in an other board.
        Now he need to share the modified code?

          @gleam2003 if he is just using the script then yes he needs to release the source per terms of the gpl licence but with any sellers I am very doubtful they are just including the script. Eg emulationstation themes are also bound by non-commercial clauses among other things.

            @herb_fargus they now write me (and offend my on post) and write that all they use is on your website and they don't need to share anything.

              And usually this kind of person don't know anything about programming.
              We can add advising splashscreen like the Wii mod that tell you that software is free?

                  There is something to be said for the argument that some people cannot be arsed to even transfer roms and would rather buy a ready to rock SD.

                  illegal, but definately a niche market.
