      Hello. Im currently trying to use the lr-mupen64plus emulator for N64 Games, because i want to use RetroArch. At first, the Emulator worked great Performance-Wise, but, i had an Problem with the Textures, that they were very Buggy (Super Mario 64: Mario's Head was all White and Glitchy). After an reinstallation that Problem got fixed, but now i just cant get an working FPS/Gamespeed. The Game runs at about 10% of the normal Speed. I cant figure out why. Not even setting the Resolution to the lowest helps.

        @darkside1305 libretro mupen64 plus runs very poorly on the Pi. Mupen64plus standalone runs much much better. My advice is to change. Why are you insisting on running the inferior emulator?

          @jonnykesh Since i was frustrated changing the Input XD I use an Xbox 360 Controller and there N64 A and B are on B and Y, but i want it on A and X, and since i didnt found the File where i could change that, i wanted to use the Libretro Mupen64, and also its far Easier for Noobs like me to change Options in the Retroarch Emulators.

                  @darkside1305 There's no point having a controller working the way you want if the games are totally unplayable.
                  For mupen64plus standalone the input file to edit is opt/retropie/configs/n64/InputAutoCfg.ini Just swap the buttons in the section below:

                  ; Microsoft X-Box 360 pad_START
                  [Microsoft X-Box 360 pad]
                  plugged = True
                  plugin = 2
                  mouse = False
                  AnalogDeadzone = 4096,4096
                  AnalogPeak = 32768,32768
                  Mempak switch = button(9)
                  Rumblepak switch = button(10)
                  C Button D = button(0) axis(4+)
                  C Button L = axis(3-)
                  L Trig = button(4)
                  Start = button(7)
                  Y Axis = axis(1-,1+)
                  DPad U = hat(0 Up)
                  C Button U = button(2) axis(4-)
                  A Button = button(1)
                  DPad D = hat(0 Down)
                  X Axis = axis(0-,0+)
                  R Trig = button(5)
                  DPad R = hat(0 Right)
                  B Button = button(3)
                  DPad L = hat(0 Left)
                  C Button R = axis(3+)
                  Z Trig = axis(2+)

                                @darkside1305 No problem at all. As I said there is no point having a controller working how you want it if you can't play and enjoy the games!

                                    THe standered emulator works ok with slowdown and glitches. The other emulators ether back out or just get sound. IDK why. The guy reccemended one emulator but it doesn't work for me.
