Forums issues

Some of you may have seen some errors on the forum in the last day or so. We also had an issue where all the plugins got disabled due an issue with the stable nodejs/npm (https://community.nodebb.org/topic/11464/psa-are-you-unable-to-install-more-than-one-plugin-at-a-time)
This is now resolved - and I have re-enabled all the main plugins we had before (Eg category notifications, recent cards at the top of main page, embedding plugin etc)
The Question and Answer plugin is currently disabled due to ongoing issues - https://github.com/NodeBB/nodebb-plugin-question-and-answer/issues/45
