Hello,

When I attempt to go into the Retropie menu system to change anything, I.E. wireless internet or configure what emulators to use

Instead it goes into scripting and failing to install an update to Python.

It'll do that to no end, and I can't get it to quit or just refuse to do that.

I'd like to open up my menu system and tinker with the menu as I'm very new to this, but if I enter anything on that screen only it'll go back to trying to update python.

Any help would be great

Sorry, I purchased Raspberry Pie 3, and downloaded Retropie and have version 4.1

Everything I installed was from common search online.

I went to update something a few weeks back while tinkering and since then in the menu alone it's given the attempt to update python and then nothing

I can provide a picture if that would be helpful.
