I apologize if I missed this in the documentation. I see instructions for configuring a trackball, but I don't see info on how to actually connect a trackball. The trackball I have has a PS/2 connector and wires coming out of it. From what I can tell, I need a USB encoder board, but some of them are quite expensive and or only support the trackball. So these are my questions.

      1. What is the best way to connect my trackball to my Raspberry PI? I have read that PS/2 to USB adaptors don't work. If there is one that works, which one?

      2. Do my trackball and other controls have to be part of the same input device. In the Retroarch config I only see the option to address one controller device per player.
