Themes And Splashscreens That The Retropie Community Want

Hey guys I would like to make a new thread for people who want to ask themers for themes that they want, Use this thread to ask for splashscreens as well, I am trying to make some themes but am not sure what to base it upon.

Is it possible to apply a retroarch shader to a regular image? An idea I has was to make a bunch of short videos by combining some of the parody title screens with the vcr shader, and add this sound effect: https://www.dropbox.com/s/dzytph3tqusd08o/boot-sound.wav?dl=0
