      Hello,

currently I'm running Retropie on Raspberry 3. My Problem is that I can't connect my display device via HDMI cause of the distance.
My idea is that the whole screen could be streamed over LAN(Wifi) with ffmpeg to my display. But I only found the possibility to record inside a game and not the whole screen including emulation station.

Is this possible? When I run raspbian with desktop I can stream it with ffmpeg's x11grab, but this doesn't work under retropie?
      Hope anybody could help me.

      Greetings

      ReduX

@redux Nope, that's not going to work. RetroPie does not use the X11 desktop for display, so there's no x11grab available.
