Flip screen on 2 person arcade

I’m building an arcade game for my grandchildren. It is the style that you used to see in Pizza shops where you sit down like a table and the screen is on embedded in the top of the table.
I have everything pretty much built with a set of joysticks and buttons on either side of the table to enable two players , the same as the old ones used to do. In the old commercial arcades, when player 1 finished their turn, the screen would flip so that player 2 could play their turn with the video properly oriented for the other side of the table.My question is,… does anyone know how I can get the screen to flip?

Yes press tab when the game loads and goto dip switchs the option is there if the Rom supports it
