Scraper Problem - Image freeze

Hi Guys,
I am new to this forum so I dont know if I posted this in the right place. I am making a table arcade for my nephews as a late christmase present.Problem: When I want to start a game the scraper image gets bigger and freezes and the only way to get around the problem in to press ESC button, ENTER button or the SPACE button on the keybord to start the game. i don't want to use the keyboard so how can I solve this problem? I am using the steven selph scraper, before I used a scraper the games started directly.

Welcome,
the image may hide the runcommand menu. In the runcommand configuration, look if the Launch menu is enabled and what its delay is. Try to disable it and/or lower the delay.
If that's not the issue, try to disable the Launch menu art to see if it hides an error message or anything.
