retroarch-joypad not openning

When I try to open retroarch-joypads it's not letting me open it aid its showing this. Is there a way to open it?

@keithmason It's a symlink and your windows system doesn't like it - just browse to
retroarch/autoconfigwhich is the same location. -
@buzz I'll try that thanks, but I seen people open these files without this pop-up. And I need this too edit my controller config file.

@keithmason the controller files are in the location I mentioned.

@buzz again thanks! But also when I configure my controller and play a game my controller won't respond to the buttons or moving.
