    My retropie freezes when I watch the video game preview the sd card is 128gb Fat32 and the backup is 64gb
    The Electric current is 5.0V====1.5A Pls help all I do is watch the game preview video and It crashes and freezes and I dont know whats wrong with it

          @herb_fargus i have one that is 5v ===2500mA but it still does the same thing any other thing that could be wrong with it thank you

            @valenting132 You need a 5V 2.5A power supply.

              If it's not the power, then it's maybe the custom image and those are not supported on this forum.

                Try the official image from the RetroPie website. Custom images are not supported here. If you have an issue with the official image we'll be glad to help. If you're using one from another source, contact who created that image for assistance.
