Unable to automount USB devices "Failed to start usbmount@dev-sda.service"

I've found little to no resources online related to a recent problem that prevents transferring ROMS via USB automatically. Upon connecting any usb drive the syslog looks like this (see bold in particular) and no automatic rsync is done

@mauro123 that message is not a problem and can be ignored. If roms are not transferring there is another issue. How is your folder structure?

@BuZz I have tried with a fresh Retropie installation and the issue is not present anymore. Most probably as you suggested there was a problem with the file structure. Thanks!

I am having this problem and it is preventing installallation. What folder structure should be present? I have done a resize and installed the latest emus via wifi from pi and reformatted two different boot disks 32G and 64...
