        @mtume It's all in the docs. https://retropie.github.io/RetroPie-Docs/First-Installation/#installing-additional-emulators

            @mtume PSP does not require a BIOS. What do you mean "Its still not enough?"
            Did you install the emulator?

                @jonnykesh while installing it has stand still att "cloning into 'ffmpeg" for a half an hour.
                Should I do something?

                  It's compiling from source. It's going to take a long time. Unless of course it crashes in the process

                        Crap! One hour of installation still nothing

                        (I didnt it like this: manage optional packages - install from source)

                          @mtume it says in optional packages that it is installed. But nothing in the carusel

                          Does the rom need to have a specific file? Like .que on psx?

                            Can PSP not be installed from binary?

                              @jwbmonk Both PSP emulators have a binary which you can install. Not sure why he chose to install from source.

                                @mtume Of course the files have to be a specific type. Just like any and all emulators.
                                Do yourself a favour and read the documents. This information is all there. https://github.com/retropie/retropie-setup/wiki/PSP
                                So, PSP will only see iso cso and pbp files.

                                    @jwbmonk 2d games run great. If that counts for anything.
