Trying to add the lr-ppsspp emulator, but I keep getting this error

make: *** libretro: No such file or directory. Stop.
make: *** libretro: No such file or directory. Stop.
    ~
Could not successfully build lr-ppsspp - PlayStation Portable emu - PPSSPP port for libretro (/home/home/RetroPie-Setup/tmp/build/lr-ppsspp/libretro/ppsspp_libretro.so not found).

Using an x86 PC with Ubuntu MATE and Retropie v4.3

    Thanks.

@diptherio There should be a log file for building the Libretro core in /home/home/RetroPie-Setup/logs, get its contents and post it to pastebin.com to see the actual error. Are you connected to the internet ?

Thanks. The problem is due to the upstream repo being removed - I then switched temporarily to a fork I have, but I need to push the libretro branch to our fork (if I still have it that is). Otherwise I will have no choice but to disable the module completely for x86.

You should consider lr-ppsspp defunct really though. It will be replaced with the newer upstream ppsspp libretro core, but work needs to be done first.

I would recommend using the standalone ppsspp emulator.

If you update RetroPie-Setup it should build now - you will need to clean the lr-ppspp source folder from retropie-setup though first.
