Scraped images not showing

Hey everyone,
I'm feeling like a noob here. I just did a fresh install of 4.4 on my pi3 with a 64gb card. All the games are playing great, got the z fast shader installed just fine. Ran Sselph's scraper all night last night. Now when I go in 95% or my games have no images, all of them have meta data. I checked the ~/emulationstation/downloaded_images/ directory and all my systems have .Jpg files in there. All my game lists point to that directory. What am I missing? Thanks for your help.

Scraped again and changed it to use the rom directory for images and gamelist. Now they most of the images and Metadata are there. Just an update for anybody else who has this issue.
