      Score one for the good guys. Keep an eye out for the Turtle van. It's always good for a joyride.

          @mediamogul is there any way the game will recognize more than two buttons on the controller? You have 4 buttons you need but the game only recognizes button 0 and button 1

            This is where the DOSBox Mapper comes in handy. Make a note of all the available function keys for the game and then launch the mapper and map those keys to whatever buttons you want on your controller.

                @mediamogul so i go to
                cd /opt/retropie/emulators/dosbox/bin

                And then i type
                dosbox -startmapper

                And then it tells me:

                --basc: dosbox: command not found

                Even if i remove the -startmapper it gives the same error. I can clearly see in ftp its there. And i dont have a gui os on my system to go that way.

                  It doesn't look like you're doing anything wrong. I created a script to launch the mapper from Emulation Station for easy access named +Start DOSBox Mapper.sh. You could try accessing it that way to see if it works for you. The script is as follows:

                  #!/bin/bash
                  /opt/retropie/emulators/dosbox/bin/dosbox -startmapper -c "exit"

                        @mediamogul so i am only going to be using msdos for retro city rampage so took the logo from their site and spent forever editing it and removing the delorean and stuff out of it to make a nice logo to use instead of the msdos logo. i didnt know if you were interested in it but here it is:

                        undefined

                                        Very clever and it looks fantastic. If I were to dedicate my DOS menu to this game, I would definitely apply the theme, but I have a ton of DOS games in there and quite frankly, I'm afraid of what 'Dungeon Keeper' might do to me in my sleep if I were to try such a thing.

                                        Edit: I've never looked into theming ES before, but I just realized that you're probably talking about creating a whole separate entry for the game that is independent of the DOS menu. That is something I could really get behind for a quite a few titles & custom groupings. I'll have to look into that further. If you have any links to share, please do.

                                        I haven't checked to see what FPS I'm getting on my Pi3, but anecdotally I've played the game quite a bit and it doesn't feel sluggish or choppy.

                                          @CaelThunderwing this is my own theme i made. I dont know how to check actual clock speed. Without overclocking i play fine at 30 fps on pi 3. I tried this on a pi zero and it was like 1 fps. Not sure exactly what it was but is was unplayable at 15fps

                                          @mediamogul you can. In es_systems.cfg duplicate the pc config. Put the RCR folder directly in the roms folder Then point the config to START.EXE for the rom location (thats what you want to rename RCE.EXE to) then change the theme to rcr

                                          Edit: i meant to say pi zero

                                            I'll have to give that a shot. Ultimately, I want to create my own menu addition similar to the 'Arcade' folder specifically for homebrew and special interest titles where a variety of emulators can be chosen.
