      I was messing around with shaders overlays to try and make my games look nicer. My audio cut out completely after i was messing round with shaders on the psx emulator and i have searched on the internet for hours but still cant find anything that helps!

        @retrojag1 Shaders modify the video image, can't see how that would affect the sound, but.. Please give more details about your system - https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first.

          @mitu I don't know if it was the shaders but it did stop working as i was trying to add shaders ont my ps1 emulator. I don't know if i have deleted any important files or anything it just doesn't work. :'(

            @mitu btw i have a raspberry pi 3b running on the official retropie image and powered by the original raspberrypi power supply. I have only got MAME NES PSX MAME LIBRETRO AND ATARI emulators

              So, did you copy or deleted some files - how did you add the shaders ? Or are you talking about overlays ?

                @mitu i was kinda adding the shader and overlays at the same time and after i exited retroarch the audio stopped working

                  Dont worry i fixed it turnes out i just had o switch the audio from auto to the audio output in the audio menu.
