@ultrakev9 You can install it from packages in the Retropie Setup listed under the Retropie system menu.

I just got home. I'll try and see if I can find it. Thanks for a place to start. Seems like that's half the battle sometimes.

Seems I had it installed. Found it in the list. Reinstalled from source just to make sure.

Thanks for the help in fixing that as now it shows up in the list of emulators I can choose from when launching and then pressing a button to reconfigure.

Maybe I've stumbled upon a different problem as now about half of the games work perfectly fine and the rest load to the Super System CD 3.0 screen (press run to start) but upon loading a handful of games (Forgotten Worlds, Exile 2, Might and Magic 3) I'm now told these games only run on the 3.0 system and Exile 2 says it requires a Turbo DUO or Super System 3.0? Why do some work and others stop after running from the main screen?

Is this a fault of the .bin file itself and I should try to download again? I've put all roms in the pc engine folder with a copy of system 3 pce and that has caused all the other CD games like Exile, Vasteel to work okay. When I tried putting them in a supergrafx folder I couldn't get them to show up in the list at launch. Of course, maybe Supergrafx and Super System 3.0 aren't the same thing? Just for kicks I changed the default emulator to supergrafx and all the same games still worked and all the same games loaded to a screen that told me I needed system 3.0.

Are there just a handful of persnickety titles that aren't going to load?

On a side note, two days ago I couldn't get any of my Sega CD titles to load in any capacity.

A lot of research later and every single one now loads great and I'm applying my favorite "super eagle" engine that I've used for years to breathe new life in to these games.

Major kudos to the programmers of these filter engines.

@ultrakev9 there is no cd title exclusive to supergrafx, so my guess is that the emulator don't support isos. The cd title you got were developped to be used with pcengine cd, so use the pcengine cd emulator.

@ultrakev9 supergrafx only has 7 games. Dont use the supergrafx emulator to play pc engine cd games. Use the turbografx/pcengine emulators for those

Thanks, guys. I'll check the file extension and see if they are all .iso files and if so I'll find replacements that are .bin.

                  Thanks for the help.

@ultrakev9 there are no supergrafx cd games. Look at the list of games for supergrafx. Put the rest in a folder for tg-cd/pce-cd or put them in the turbografx/pcengine folder.

2 people told you there are no supergrafx cd game... If you don't trust us, check wikipedia for the full story of optional cd player of the supergrafx.

No, no, I get it. I wanted the optional emulator anyway but the problem is clearly with the roms/images and not with the emulator. I appreciate the kick in the right direction.

I was pretty sure I installed the supergrafx emulator but it wasn't showing up when I was selecting it in the list. After installing it manually from the source it came up as selectable and showed the problem was not emulator related.
